WHERE WE BEGIN
PLOT
It is 1315, after some wild weather and serious crop failures Europe is waist deep in a famine crisis. In England the people are dying in the streets or resorting to cannibalism and chaos is rising. However in the magic realm the people don't have a single worry their magic allowed them to avoid the weather crisis, however a bigger problem is on the horizon.
Fear and hysteria and a new plague is bringing forth whispers of witch craft and once again the great witch hunts are sweeping the lands. With more muggle born children developing magical powers and several half blood house holds being completely wiped out, anger and anarchy is rising in the wizarding community. All are looking to the wizards council to help, but what do they do, turn a blind eye.
Dark wizards are thirsting for blood and revenge for the loss of their kin and are killing left right and center only making the matter worse. Human witch hunters and knights search the lands for witches and wizards to burn and pro muggle born mages race to find children with magic before the hunters do.
The muggles are screaming for revenge blaming magic for their troubles and at the same time the dark mages and families of trialed witches and wizards crave justice.
Both sides are shouting wolf but which side will fall first.

Law no 40; No muggle born may be without a pure-blood benefactor under the age of twenty one.
Law no 41; No muggle born or half blooded witch or wizard may lay or engage in romantic activities with a pure-blood witch or wizard.
Law no 42; A muggle born or half blood exiled from a pure-blood family can not find shelter with another pure-blood family, nor can they keep their original pure-blood family name.
Law no 43; A marriage between muggle borns or half bloods to a pure-blood will not be recognized in the wizarding realm.
Sadly in this era the pure-blood supremacists are at their peak though thankfully they aren't as blood thirsty as modern day ones. Instead they look for a way to use muggle borns and half bloods in the work force for their own benefit.
The muggle born adoption policy is one of many implemented by the council to keep muggle borns in check. It basically means no muggle born can be without an adoptive pure-blood family until the age of twenty one.
With the witch hunts going on this seems like an alright deal, the muggle borns have a nice safe place to stay and the pure-bloods have more servants to boss around. Everyone is happy....right...
Wrong, one step out of line and you are exiled and banished out onto the street left to fend for yourself. The policy also includes one strict rule, no muggle born or half blood may engage in any romantic or physical interaction with a pure-blood.
Those who break the rules are thrown out on the streets and branded as traitors and whores. If they are allowed to stay they are married right away and sealed away from any interaction with other pure-bloods.
Rules are hard and for the muggle born and half blood community bearing the weight of these laws is becoming near unbearable.
The riots are begining, the fight for the muggle born and half blood rights is starting.
Pure-blood or freedom for all.
